PDD is bringing its two-day Human-Centred Design (HCD) workshop to Singapore in September.

PDD in collaboration with CHEMISTRY – an innovation design consultancy based in Singapore - is bringing its two-day Human-Centred Design (HCD) workshop to Singapore in September 13-14 2017.

Over the past six years PDD's HCD programme has been teaching some of the world’s most profitable businesses how to; manage the risks involved with innovation, encourage group collaboration and successfully integrate a Human-Centred approach to Design within an organisation.

Here’s some feedback from past workshop attendees and their thoughts on the course and the impact HCD has had within their organisations:

“We’ve used the methods from the course to develop new products and to make a number of current products more consumer-friendly, improving the out-of-box experience, and making instructions easier, with the ultimate objective of reducing product returns and the associated financial impact.”

“It gives the participant tools in action. Even if only a % of these are used on future programs. The design solutions and the results are bound to improve and increase the probability of success.”
