Consultant / Senior Consultant – Human Factors & Usability, London

We are looking for a talented Consultant or Senior Consultant in Human Factors & Usability to join our team in London and help design a diverse range of healthcare and consumer products and experiences.

In this role, you’ll apply human factors methodologies to all stages of the product development process, from research and usability testing to risk management and design innovation. You will design and conduct contextual inquiries, formative and validation studies, and translate insights into impactful design strategies. Collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and clients, you will shape solutions that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

Key responsibilities include preparing high-quality technical documentation, facilitating workshops, and contributing to proposal writing to secure new business. You’ll also have opportunities to travel internationally for client meetings and project work.

We seek candidates with strong communication skills, knowledge of human factors principles, and experience in planning and executing research projects. A background in Human Factors, Psychology, Usability Engineering, or a related field is essential, alongside a passion for innovation and a collaborative mindset.
