Senior Consultant – People-Centred Research, London

In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uncover deep consumer insights through ethnographic techniques, contextual research, co-creation workshops, and usability evaluations. These insights will guide the development of new products, services, and strategies that meet user needs and drive growth. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping PDD’s research offering, building strong client relationships, and securing new and repeat business.

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll design and facilitate research projects from start to finish, including project scoping, planning, execution, analysis, and presenting findings. Your ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies will be crucial in delivering impactful outcomes. International travel for client meetings and research activities is a key part of this dynamic role.

We’re looking for someone with graduate-level qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g., anthropology, psychology, human factors), extensive commercial experience, and a solid grounding in qualitative research techniques. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for innovation are essential.
